This retro chip ‘n’ dip platter is designed for sharing and holds at least a full pot of your dip of choice and a whole bag of tortilla chips 🥑

The double bowl is thrown in one piece on the potters wheel from speckled stoneware clay. After trimming, I hand decorated the leather hard platter with the avocado design, aiming for a mid-century Tex Mex diner kinda vibe. I knocked the rim of this one, so adapted by cutting out ‘avocado stone’ sections which are incorporated into the design. Finished with transparent glaze.
