Reason for reduction - some have slight 'orange peel' texture to the glaze, some have a small crack inside base (these occur during glaze firing and fill with molten glaze)
This mug was thrown on the potters wheel from white stoneware clay. It is hand decorated in coloured underglazes with classic weather icons - rain on one side, and sun on the other. Perfect for signalling your morning mood! Finished with transparent glaze. You can see a video of the decorating process here.
